Moving or Pushing an Order from one Customer Control Panel to another
You can move an Order along with all other related Products and Services from your existing Customer Control Panel to another Customer,
by following the steps mentioned below:

You can move a .UK domain name only if its Registrant Contact is not associated with any other domain name.
-
Third level .ME domain names can be registered only by Montenegrin individuals and entities. Hence, if you are moving a Third level .ME domain name, do ensure that the Customer to whom you are moving has the Default Registrant Contact as a Montenegrin individual or entity.
-
When a .TEL domain name is registered, the system automatically creates an account for accessing the .TEL Hosting Control Panel and sends the login details to the Registrant Contact. If moving your .TEL domain name involves change of the Registrant Contact, then you need to update the email address associated with the .TEL Hosting Control Panel for this domain name.

.NZ domain names and associated Orders can not be moved.

You can move a .ES domain name only if its Registrant Contact is not associated with any other domain name.

Login to your Control Panel, search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Order and go to the
Order Information view. See detailsNote-
If the domain name/Order is Locked/Suspended, you will have to first get it Unlocked/Unsuspended before proceeding further.

For Resellers: If the domain name is Locked by you, you may proceed without
Unlocking it. -
For Resellers: If the domain name is Locked by , you need
to get it Unlocked first. Contact us at . -
For Resellers: If the domain name/Order is Suspended by either you or , it needs
to be first Unsuspended, before you can proceed.

Click the Move Services link on the top right-hand side of the screen, to initiate the process.

Here, you would have to mention the following details:
-
New Customer's ID: The Customer ID is a unique number associated with a Customer's Profile. If you do not know the
Customer ID of the new Account, you can locate it in the Profile Details view in the new Customer Control Panel. See details -
New Customer's username: Mention the Customer Username (Email Address) of the Customer Account where you wish to
move the Order.
Note-
If you are moving the Order under a different Reseller, but have not created a Customer Account under that Reseller, you need to correspond with this Reseller for your Customer ID and Username (Email Address) to move your domain name to this Customer Control Panel.

You will encounter the below error messages in case:
-
the Customer Username (Email Address) and the Customer ID you specified are not of the same Customer:
AttentionThe Customer username and Customer ID are not of the same Customer

the Customer Username (Email Address) and/or the Customer ID you specified are incorrect:
AttentionInvalid Customer

Note-
If you are Moving/Pushing a .ASIA domain name and choose to retain the existing Contact Details, then the current CED Contact would continue to be
used, even after the Move.Additional Information -
If you are Moving/Pushing a .ASIA domain name and choose not to retain the existing Contact Details, then the Registrar's default CED Contact would be used
after the Move. -
While Moving (pushing) a .CN domain name to another Customer Control Panel, the Default Contact of the new Customer cannot be associated with the domain name. Hence, the existing Contacts associated with the .CN domain name will be retained.

While Moving (pushing) a .ES domain name to another Customer Control Panel, the Default Contact of the new Customer cannot be associated with the domain name. Hence, the existing Contacts associated with the .ES domain name will be retained.

Upon moving a .PRO domain name to another Customer, the existing professional information gets associated with the new Registrant Contact (if Contacts are not retained).
-
You may Move (push) your .RU domain name only if the NIC-D contact associated with the domain name is not associated with any other domain name.
Example:
If the NIC-D Contact 5555555 is associated with both domain1.ru and domai2.ru, then you may not move either of the domain names.
While Moving (pushing) your .RU domain name to another Customer Control Panel, your existing Registrant contact information is retained.

While Moving (pushing) your .UK domain name to another Customer Control Panel, your existing Registrant Contact and Service Contact (if applicable) information is retained.

Click the Move services to other Customer button.
-
Confirm that the Customer account to which you are moving this Order, is the one you really intend to and click the Confirm and Move button.

You may encounter an error while attempting to Move Services for an Order, if:
-
One or more Services for this domain name are currently being processed.
-
There is a Pending Invoice for any Service associated with this domain name.
-
There are one or more Services purchased for the domain name under another Customer of this [new] Reseller.
Example: You have purchased Hosting for yourdomainname.com through your Customer Control Panel
with and have registered the Domain Name yourdomainname.com through Reseller B
under the Customer Account of X. Now if you try to move this Domain Registration Order to another Customer Control Panel
[say Customer Account of Y] under Reseller B, you will encounter an error. -
One or more Products/Services are currently under the Money Back Period. (This would imply that deletion of that particular Product/Service would entitle you to a refund.)
In any of the above cases, the Moving or Pushing of the domain name is not possible and you will have to either:
-
wait for the processing to complete, or
-
Cancel any Pending process.
-
-
You will encounter the below error message in case the domain name is either:
-
Locked/Suspended at the Registry (and not under our system), or
-
a Transfer Away for the domain name to another Registrar is under process
AttentionDomain Status does not allow this operation.
-
-
You will encounter the following error message, if the status of this Order or any other Service related to this Order is Inactive (under process) or Suspended. You will also encounter this error if the associated Domain Registration Order is under Pending Delete Restorable status:

Other issues that you may encounter while Moving your domain name and their solutions are listed below:

Lock/Suspension applied at the Registry: Contact our Support Team
at to know the reason for Lock/Suspension and how this Lock/Suspension may be removed. -
While a Transfer Away is under process:

Cancel the Transfer through the link listed in the email sent to the Registrant/Administrative Contact of the domain name and then perform the required
modification, or -
Wait for the Transfer to complete and then carry out the desired modification at the New Registrar.

For Resellers: You may encounter the below error in case the [new] Reseller (of the Customer under whom the Order is being moved) has not signed for that specific Product:
AttentionReseller has not signed up for this Product - <Product Name>. So, we can't complete your request
In this case, the [new] Reseller need to sign up for the Product before the Order can be moved.

You will encounter the below error in the case of attempting to Move / Push an Order to a deleted Customer's account:
AttentionNew Customer's status prohibits this operation
In this case, the Moving / Pushing of the Order is not possible. In order to essentially Move / Push this Order away from the current Customer, you will have to add / create the new Customer account.

While moving a .DE domain name, you will encounter the following error message if the Customer you are moving to, does not have a .DE Contact with either the Registrant or the Administrative Contact with the country as Germany.
AttentionEither registrant or admin contact must be a resident of Germany

If your .DE domain name's Zone is not correctly setup, you will not be able to Move your .DE domain name, until you resolve this. You will encounter the following
error message when trying to Move such a domain name:AttentionUnable to move. Your nameservers are not configured as per the .DE regulations.
Additional Information
- A domain can only be moved using the existing Contact Details of the domain name. The feature for using Default Contacts of the new customer has been Deprecated.
- Move is currently not supported for SSL Certificate orders.
Renewal Reminder for Orders
For Domain Registration Orders
sends consolidated emails to both its Customers as well as the domain name Registrant Contact
informing them about their Domain Registration Orders as well as any other Product/Service Orders, that are nearing their Expiry Date.

The Registrant Contact Email Address is sent an email only if it is different from the Customer's Email Address.
-
Domain Registration Orders that are set to Auto-Renew will not be included in the renewal reminder emails. However, the renewal reminder emails will include those Domain Registration Orders which could not be Auto-Renewed.
Customers
Customers are sent expiring domain name renewal instruction emails before the domain name(s) actually expire, upon expiry and upon deletion.
The reminders are sent to the Customer Username (Email Address) and Registrant Contact from 45 days prior to the domain name's expiry, on the 1st, 11th and 21st day of every month, until the domain name is either Renewed or Deleted (due to non-renewal).
The reminders are also sent to the Registrant Contact 30 days and 7 days prior to the Domain Registration Order's Expiry.
In case of .IN domains (including only these Third Level .IN domains: .CO.IN, .NET.IN, .ORG.IN, .GEN.IN, .FIRM.IN, .IND.IN), an email is also sent to the
Customer and Registrant Contact 60 and 30 days prior to the domain name expiry (besides the above mentioned intervals).
This report displays the Order ID, Domain Name, Product Category, Expiry Date, Days to Expiry and Days to Deletion, besides information about how to go about renewing these Orders.
The email will display a maximum of 10 Orders. To view the complete list of Orders, the Customer needs to login to his Control Panel through the link provided in the email.
In case your domain name has been Locked/Suspended by , you will not be able to immediately renew your domain name.

Resellers
Resellers can easily view all expiring and expired domain names from the
Renewal Management interface within their Reseller Control Panel and choose to renew any domain name on behalf of their
Customer(s). See details

When a domain name expires,
-
the domain name is put on Parking and the Name Servers of the domain name are modified (to the Parking ones). Thus, if you had any website or email accounts
associated with this domain name, they will stop functioning and a Parking page is displayed when one tries to access the website. -
an email, having relevant information about the number of days available to renew the domain name, is sent to the Customer as well as the domain name
Registrant Contact Email Address, if the latter is different from the Customer Username (Email Address).

When the domain name is deleted, the Customer is sent one final email informing him/her that the domain name is deleted, since it was not renewed within the
Renewal Grace Period after expiry. See details

These emails are sent only for Generic Top Level Domain (gTLD) Domain Registration Orders.
In case your domain name has been Locked/Suspended by , you will not be able to immediately renew your domain name.

Renewal Management interface within their Reseller Control Panel and choose to renew any Order on behalf of their

When an Order Expires,
-
The package is immediately Suspended. This implies that you would be unable to use your package, until it is Renewed.
-
The Customer is sent an e-mail, informing him that he has 15 days to Renew his Order, post which the package is Deleted.
When the Order is Deleted, the Customer is sent a final e-mail informing him/her that the Order is Deleted, since it was not Renewed within 15 days after Expiry.
Listing, Searching and Managing your Orders
In order to manage your Orders, you need to search for them from within your Control Panel with , and access
their Order Information view.

Next, click
For Resellers: Products -> List All Orders.
For Customers: Manage Orders -> List/Search Orders.

Search for the specific Product Orders by selecting the appropriate Product under the For Product drop-down menu.
NoteFor Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Include Sub-Reseller's results

On the next page, you would see a list of Product specific Orders bought through . Click the domain name associated with an Order to reach the Order Overview.

Click the Product specific tab on the right hand side to reach the Order Information view, from where you can manage the Order.
For Resellers: You can also use the Search Bar on the Control Panel home page to bring up the Order Information view for an Order. This Search Bar will also be available on the topmost menu bar, in every page of the Reseller Control Panel.

Provide the domain name in the search field.

Select Order from the drop-down menu.

Click the Search button.

On the next page, click the Product specific tab on the right hand side.
